2 years of preparation went into creating every detail that is Compassionate Home Care. The owner CEO Alissa Robbins was a OTA working in multiple Nursing Homes and for over ten years worked one on one with special needs kids in many Jamestown schools. She has dedicated her life to helping other people with Activities of Daily Living.

Her Husband Craig Robbins controls the business end of CHC as Chairman and CFO. After managing rental properties and buying and selling multiple houses for over a decade he was ready for a change. "I found myself chasing renter's for rent money in an endless loop. All I really want to do is help as many people as possible, and I was unable to do that as a landlord." Craig found a calling and invested the majority of his life savings opening a business that revolves around helping people. Craig is a Loyal member of the Jamestown Lions Club who were dubbed the " knights of the blind " by Helen Keller. The Jamestown Lions Club has set up screening for children to prevent blindness, glasses drives, and many other important non-profit volunteer work.

We are Locally owned and operated and most important we treat every client and their family members as if they were a part of our Family.  This means you can call us for any reason at any time 24/7. Communication is key in this business and being able to Call your case manger at anytime is critical and provides you with peace of mind.
